Held general assembly of Zora financial investment in 01/29/2015 to discuss the report of the Board of Directors for the financial year ended 31.12.2013 meeting and approved and discuss the auditor’s report and discuss the final accounts for the year ended 12.31.2013 and approval of them and discuss and Cash Dividends for the year 2013 and the appointment of an observer for the accounts of the company for the financial year 2014 to determine his remuneration and discharge of the President and members of the Board of Directors and Managing Director and determine rewards.
