Referring to the book Sadeer Hotel No. (137) in 12.07.2014.
Meeting of the General Assembly of the Company will be held at 21.12.2014 to discuss the integration of my BSA and final accounts of the company for the financial years ended 12/31/2013 and ratify it and discuss the auditor and the final accounts of the company for the year ended as at 31/12/2012 report, 31 /12/2013, and ratify them, and agree to turn off the accumulated deficit for 2007, 2012 and 2013.
And it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 11/12/2014.
