Company’s General Assembly meeting will be held on 07.16.2015 to discuss the report of the Board of Directors for the financial year ended 03.31.2015 and approval, and discuss the report of the auditor’s final accounts for the financial year ended 31/03/2015 Cash Dividends and discuss the distribution and approved the appointment of an auditor and discharge of the President and members of the Board of Directors and reward. And it will be the last trading session on the company in 08.07.2015.
