General Assembly Meeting will be held for the the modern chemical trades company in 3/7/2012 and to discuss the final accounts for the year ended 31/12/2011 and discuss the distribution of Cash Dividends and increase the bank’s capital in accordance with Article (55 / II) and will be shut down trading on the shares of the company as of 26/6/2012.
