Convene a meeting of the General Authority for supplementary discussion and approval of the final accounts as at 31/12/2012 to Iraqi Depository Center on Thursday, 30.5.2013 in the building of Iraqi stocks Exchange in the presence of Chairman of the Board of Governors Mr. Laith Hekmat Al-Tamimi and gentlemen, members of the Board of Governors of the ISX ( Dr. Fouad Ibrahim Jameel, Dr. Salahuddin AlEmaam, Firas Nassif, Muther Nathim) and Manager of Iraqi Depository Center Mr. Mahmoud Natheer Younis and representatives of the Securities Commission, Mr. Ali Abdel Sayed (director of systems markets) and Mr. Amer Raja Mohammed (representative of the Legal Department in Securities Commission) and the auditor, Mr. Ahmed Thia, a representative of the company Farqad Salman and the presence of a number of directors authorized the brokerage firms or their representatives, and after a quorum in the presence of (30) brokerage firm out of (46) has began, Mr. President of the General discussion paragraphs of the meeting included the following: –
1. Discussion on the annual report of the Board of Governors about Iraqi Depository Center and activities for the year 2012 and future plans.
2. Discuss the final accounts for Iraqi Depository Center as at 31/12/2012 and the auditor’s report.
3. Discuss the work program of Iraqi Depository Center.
The ratification of the paragraphs of the meeting unanimously by the members of the General Assembly.
