Referring to the Bank of Baghdad book No. (MM / 75) on 06.15.2015.
There will be a General Authority meeting of the Bank of Baghdad in 29/06/2015 meeting to discuss the following paragraphs: –
1. discuss the board’s report on the work of the bank for the financial year ended 12.31.2014 and take appropriate decisions on it.
2-discuss the report of Mr. auditor and take appropriate decisions on it.
3-discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 12.31.2014 and take appropriate decisions on it.
4-access to the Audit Committee for the 2014 report.
5-debate Cash Dividends for the year / 2014 and take the appropriate decision.
6. Election of a new Board of Directors of the bank’s seven members of indigenous reserves and the same.
7-appointment of the auditor for 2015 and determine his remuneration.
8. discharge of the Board of Directors and to determine the financial reward / 2014 for the year.
9. proposal to write off the debt of non performing loans totaling (906.284.000) dinars after Astnfezt all possible avenues of recovery.
And it will be the last trading session on the shares of the bank on 06.21.2015.
